During the course of this Agreement, it may be necessary for Indemnitee to share proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information, to Indemnifier in order for Indemnifier to indemnify the Indemnitee. Indemnifier will not share any of this proprietary information at any time. This section remains in full force and effect even after termination of the Agreement for a period of 3 (three) years.
REFUND POLICY.

Membership sales on a payment plan purchased through Paypal have a 14 day money back guarantee from the day of purchase. It’s your obligation to contact support@intelligentcryptocurrency.com and notify us of your request for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Membership sales paid for in cryptocurrency DO NOT have a refund policy. If you choose to purchase your membership and pay in crypto, you accept there is no option to get a refund.

If you signed up for an automated annual recurring subscription with us you are able to cancel your renewal anytime BEFORE it takes place to avoid being billed automatically. Once the automated renewal payment goes through the payment is final and non-refundable.
